Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Natural Variations & Crystal Authenticity
Please note that Sarvaahh products often feature natural stones and crystals.
- Unique Characteristics: Because these are products of nature, variations in color, size, shape, and internal patterns (inclusions) are expected and are a testament to their authenticity.
- Disclaimer: These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for a “Damaged Item” return. Each piece is unique, just like your journey.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your total.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is physically broken or you receive the wrong product, contact us at sarvaahh@gmail.com within 48 hours with:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear video of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
